►Our Guarantees
We proudly present the following guarantees for our client employers. We have confidence in our services and so should you.
Guarantee #1: Contract employees
For contract positions, we offer a one-week money-back guarantee for assignments lasting five or more weeks. If an employee is not performing to your level of satisfaction within the first 40 hours of the assignment, simply tell us and we will not invoice you for the first week. We will then work with you to provide an acceptable replacement worker to fulfill the remainder of the assignment.
Guarantee #2: Contract-to-hire employees
For contract-to-hire engagements, we offer a 100-day trial guarantee. If an employee is not performing to your level of satisfaction during that 100 days inform us and we will find a replacement.
Guarantee #3: Direct-hire employees
For direct-hire employees we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. If an employee you directly hired through us is not performing to your level of satisfaction within the first 30 calendar days of employment, you will receive a full refund of your placement fee. If the employee is not performing to your level of satisfaction from day 31 through day 100 you will receive a partial refund.
